Hi every body I was out shooting this weekend at the local BMX track ,and
I happen to come across these young guys racing around jumping on the track
so I ask them to stage some jumps for me . Setting up the camera I use the
70-200 mm canon 2.8 f L , and I told the camera to shoot in AV and made the shutter
speed not to come below 1000 sec and put the ISO in Auto so all I need to worry about is my EV.

This helps when you have strong contrasts of light, I chose a high F-stop to get all the bike and rider in.
The AF was set in All 45 AF point and i was able to get every frame as they jump over the BMX track.
